Tim has helped to plan and officiate numerous events over many years and has extensive knowledge of organising all types of functions from Weddings, Masonic Ladies Festivals, Charity Events, Civic / formal dinners and Corporate events.

He also has training in speech writing and delivery so can assist those who find this part of any function daunting.

Tim offers the following consultant services:

Before the Event:

• An initial planning meeting to discuss your function, budget and venue requirements
• A written agreement detailing all services to be offered
• Access to a wide variety of Venues and entertainment professionals
• Happy to make recommendations or take full control of planning – whatever is your preference
• Follow-up meetings to discuss the finer details and progress
• Unlimited contact by phone and email as required

On the night:

• I will arrive well in advance of the start to ensure everything has been set up to your specification
• Receive your guests and provide help and guidance as required
• Ensure that all entertainers have been briefed and have full details of the event timings etc.
• Liaison with the venue to ensure that tables are set up as required and timings for meals etc have been agreed
• Announce statutory fire/evacuation messages
• Organise any fund raising activities/ raffles etc. if required
• Introduce any formal speeches, presentations and conference guests as appropriate

Close proceedings and ensure that everything is packed away as required.
