Q: What experience have you got of organising events?
A: Since graduating from the UK School of Professional Toastmasters I have officiated at numerous events as both a formal Toastmaster and also more informally as Master of Ceremonies / Compere. In addition I have organised a number of fund raising events of my own. I therefore have a wide experience of events management and numerous contacts within the industry.

Q: Are you available for multi-day events?
A: I am now available to undertake both formal dinners and also multi-day conferences / team building sessions. As I get booked up well in advance I need as much notice as possible to ensure I am available for such events.

Q: Do you have insurance?
A: I have full public Liability Insurance to the value of £5,000,000. A certificate of this is readily available

Q: How long in advance should we book your services?
A: I get booked up well in advance so my advice would be to get me involved as soon as your event has been agreed and you have starting planning the details.

Q: Can you make recommendations for venues and suppliers
A: I have a wide knowledge of South East based venues and suppliers and can also undertake research. Any contracts will be the responsibility of the organiser as will payment and assessment of suitability for the event.

Q: How far would you travel?
A: I will travel across the UK and internationally if your budget permits.

Q: What does your fee include?
A: My fee includes all planning and consultation, including unlimited telephone contact which is charged on an hourly basis. All travel and accommodation required as part of the planning will be charged separately. If attendance is required at the event this will be charged on a daily rate with travel and accommodation charged in addition.

Q: Can you act as Toastmaster / Master of Ceremonies for the event?
A: Yes I will be happy to include this as part of my package. This can be formally in my Toastmaster Red Coat or more informally if required

Q: How much is your fee?
A: Every event is different so my fees reflect this. I will be pleased to discuss your requirements and agree a price so that this can be built into your budget. If planning activities are likely to be time consuming then an hourly rate will be agreed and an estimate provided of likely costs.
