Tim has many years experience of officiating at all types of weddings both large and small. He is available across the UK and will travel oversees if required.

Using his experience and professional manner, with Tim as your Toastmaster he will co-ordinate your wedding to guarantee your special day unfolds just as you planned. He will create a friendly atmosphere which is as formal or informal as you wish, will reassure the nervous and add an extra touch of colour and sparkle to make your day even more special.

By supporting the wedding party, chefs, caterers, photographers and musicians alike, Tim will ensure everyone gives their best performance.

With Tim as your Toastmaster you can expect him to undertake the following duties:

Before your wedding day:

• He will meet you at your wedding breakfast venue is essential to discuss your wedding plans in detail
• Provide a detailed wedding day schedule
• Be contactable by email or phone to discuss your queries or ideas 

On your wedding day:

• Be available throughout the day to deal with any problems or emergencies
• Arrive early to check the wedding breakfast venue is set up as per your instructions
• Receive your guests and collect cards and presents for safe keeping
• Greet the Wedding party on arrival
• For Civil Ceremonies Tim will liaise with the Registrar and make announcements as required
• Assist the Photographer with assembling groups for photographs
• Liaise with the venue staff as necessary
• Organise the Receiving Line and introduce your guests
• Announce the Wedding Parties entrance to the Wedding Breakfast and escort them to their seats
• Say Grace before the meal
• Announce the formal speeches and Toasts
• Ensure that bouquets and presents are available for presentation during the speeches
• Announce the Cutting of the cake
• Circulate your guest book and ensure it is signed by all guests
• Encourage your guests to take photographs
• Close the Wedding Breakfast and escort the Bride and Bridegroom out of the room
• Receive your evening guests and collect cards and presents for safe keeping
• Organise the traditional throwing of the Bride’s bouquet, if required
• Organise the first dance and introduce the Bride and Bridegroom onto the dance floor

Depending on your requirements Tim can offer a level of service to suit your needs. this might be just for the Wedding Breakfast, but can also include assisting prior to your ceremony, and also into your evening function.
