I met Dana of Precious Tiers at a recent Wedding Fair at the Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross. Dana and her husband were manning the stall and we immediately stuck up a rapport and having acted a 'Chief Taster' I have to say the cakes were delicious and the designs stunning.

Dana told me:

We started Precious Tiers in 2016 having studied wedding cake and sugar-craft courses in London. We are now based in Bedfordshire working all the home counties and London. We make all occasion cakes but specialise in wedding cakes. We work around 2 young toddlers who are our taste quality control officers and between the boys and the cakes we always have our hands full!
