Tim has an expert knowledge of officiating at Masonic Functions. He was initiated into Cookham Manor Lodge No. 4191 in 1988 and became Master for the 1st time in 1997. He has subsequently been through the Chair of that Lodge on a further two occasions in 2011 and 2015 as well as Master of Marcellians Lodge No 4450 in 2003.
He has received Provincial Honours in both the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire and was Provincial Grand Treasurer of Berkshire for 5 years until 2015. In September 2016 he was made a Trustee of the Berkshire Masonic Charity, and in September 2017 was appointed Provincial Senior Grand Warden for Berkshire.

With both Berkshire and Buckinghamshire Provinces being in Festival and raising Money for the Masonic Charitable Foundation Tim is pleased to be offering a donation of £50 to Festival funds for all Lodges who employ him to officiate at a Ladies night event. The terms of the offer are as follows:
- The offer is open in Buckinghamshire until the end of the festival in 2021 and in Berkshire until the end of the festival in 2023
- The donation will be made after the final invoice has been paid and will be in the name of the Lodge concerned
- The donation will only be made where the cost paid by the Lodge for Toastmaster Services is at the standard rate as advertised by Timothy Lee Toastmaster and cannot be made where other discounts have been negotiated
- In the event that the function is cancelled and a refund is made (in accordance with normal terms) no donation will be made
- The offer is restricted to Lodges falling with the Masonic Provinces of either Berkshire or Buckinghamshire
- The donation will only be made towards the festival and hence the Masonic Charitable Foundation and not to any other charities or causes
- The offer can be withdrawn at any time before the expiry date, however existing confirmed bookings will be honoured
- This offer is only open where Timothy Lee Toastmaster is officiating at a function. In the event that Timothy Lee Toastmaster is unable to take a booking and refers another Toastmaster this offer will not be available
