Ashridge House is a great wedding venue and I was really pleased to be Wedding Toastmaster for Caitlin and Jamie recently.

• Arrival at wedding venue at least one hour prior to bride and groom
• Liaison with venue staff to ensure reception suite is set up to your requirements
• Meeting and greeting guests and collecting presents and cards for safe keeping
• Liaison with registrar / bridal party
• Directing guests both before and after the ceremony and assisting with photographs
• Ensure that wedding breakfast commences on time
• Organizing the receiving line prior to the wedding breakfast
• Announcing the Bride and Bridegroom into the wedding breakfast
• Saying grace if required
• Introducing speeches during wedding breakfast
• Circulating guest book for signing
• Liaison with hotel function manager and staff throughout
• Meeting and greeting evening guests and collecting presents and cards for safe keeping
• Organizing cutting of the cake
• Organizing throwing of the bouquet if required
• Announcing 1^st dance
• Announcing the Evening Buffet
