PROFESSIONAL CHARITY AUCTIONEER
Having a Professional Auctioneer & Toastmaster at your event will ensure you obtain the very best results to your fundraising activities and that your guests are inspired to dig that bit deeper in order to raise those vital funds.
Tim has supported and raised funds for many charities throughout his career and has considerable experience of acting as an Auctioneer and will announce and co-ordinate activities including:

Before the event:
- Provide advice and guidance as required
- Organise a planning meeting if needed
- Liaise with key sponsors and organisers to coordinate the evening
On the night
- Arrive early to ensure everything is set up as expected
- Meet guests, dignitaries and suppliers and ensure they are looked after
- Announce dinner
- Make administrative announcements as required
- Organising a receiving line before dinner to enable you as organiser to meet and thank your guests for attending
- Say grace before dinner if required
- Introduce speakers as required
- Act as Auctioneer
- Organise the raffle and help present prizes
- Organise games such as ‘Heads and Tails’ and collect entry fees
- Assist with and presentations required as part of the vote of thanks to organisers and key sponsors
- Formally close the evening and advise guests of the fund-raising totals
Tim offers special rates for charity events to ensure that costs for the event are kept to minimum and as much as possible is raised for good causes. In return he asked that his services are acknowledged in any brochures or press releases.
